Return and Exchange

Customers have the right to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery representative. If you wish to return the product, you may do so immediately with the representative.

Once the delivery representative has left, returns will no longer be accepted. However, exchanges are available within 14 days, provided the product is in its original condition.
